What ijazah means
Knowledge with a chain.
An ijazah is a scholarly authorization transmitted from teacher to student. It carries learning forward through a known chain of teachers and a responsibility to teach with care.
Our courses make this classical tradition accessible through structured online study in Qur’an, Hadith, Fiqh and Arabic.
الإسناد من الدين، ولولا الإسناد لقال في الدين من شاء ما شاء
“The chain of transmission is part of the religion. If it were not for the chain of transmission, anyone would say whatever they wished about the religion.”
